If something is not working as expected, this page explains the fastest ways to get support and resolve common issues.

Account Access

If you cannot sign in, use the Forgot Password flow on the login screen first. If access issues continue, contact support with the email tied to your account.

Safety and Reporting

To report a user or unsafe behavior, use Block & Report in Settings or the report option on profiles where available. Include as much context as possible so the team can review quickly.

Billing and Purchases

For billing issues, include purchase date, platform (iOS/Android), and any receipt/order reference. Refunds and charge handling may be subject to applicable platform and legal policies.

Bug Reports

When reporting technical issues, share your device model, OS version, app version, and a short list of steps to reproduce the problem.
